I didn’t play the last Kratos adventure because my ps3 fell off a table with the disc half inside and the cd cracked in half. I lost 60 dollars. Never played god of war III. The last game I played was the psp game which I though was pretty good.
This new demo from PSN, Ascension, brought me back to why I love Kratos. He’s so angry! He’s been angry for like 10 years. I can’t think of any game character that’s angrier? Nope. I’m not sure why he’s angry this time, I lost track of the story some time ago, however I think he’s still angry about something. What? It doesn’t matter. These games have always been mindless button mashing fun. I like riding the cyclops and smashing bug people with it’s hammer. I like the ridiculous nightmare bosses that take up the whole screen and take out half a city block during chase scenes. The epic battles here have been out done, I imagine, from the last game. I can’t tell for certain, but it seems that the visuals and graphics in this new game are more detailed, I’m not sure, these games always look good. I can’t wait to try out the multiplayer.
